The bard may not be around to blow out his birthday candles, but students and faculty at Louisiana Tech are making sure that the community turns out to celebrate Shakespeare’s birthday April 24th. The daylong event includes sonnet readings, a noon puppet show and Shakespearean trivia. Students can also enter a sonnet in a new sonnet contest during the day.
