Jambalaya Festival
The famous Jambalaya Festival is held in Gonzales on Memorial Day Weekend in May. It is a family-friendly event where delicious jambalaya is served throughout the weekend. If the savory tastes of Louisiana’s most famous dish aren't enough, you’ll have plenty of time to dance to live music, try your luck at carnival games, and find arts and crafts to take back home.
