Saturday, December 7, 4-6pm WINTER ON THE WATER Lakeshore Drive from Harbor to Gazebo Rounding out the festive weekend, on Saturday evening, the annual Winter on the Water (WOW) at the Mandeville Lakefront begins with Santa's parade. The walking parade begins at 4:00 pm on Lakeshore drive at the harbor and concludes at the gazebo, where Mayor Don Villere welcomes performers on the quaint stage and then conducts the lighting of the beautiful lakefront live oaks.
