Preheat oven to 400ºF. Sift together dry ingredients in large bowl. Cut butter into flour mixture with a fork. Stir in milk and mix until dough comes together. Drop heaping tablespoons of dough on baking sheet and bake until golden, about 10 to 12 minutes. Serve with honey or blueberry jam.
Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan. Mash with a potato masher. Cook over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally until the mixture has thickened (about 20 to 25 minutes). Transfer to containers and chill up to 1 month or freeze up to 1 year.
