Oyster Shooters

  • 30 to 40 freshly shucked oysters
  • Ketchup
  • Hot sauce
  • Lemon wedges
  • Prepared horseradish
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • Chilled tequila or vodka


  1. Assemble condiments on a tray and allow everyone to make their own cocktail sauce mixture to spoon over the oysters.
  2. Then, add a splash of tequila or vodka over each serving.
  3. Serve the shooters in shot glasses or small wine glasses.
